Sick Note marks the actor’s first TV series regular role. Playing Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter movie franchise, and other feature film work, has occupied the lion’s share of Rupert Grint’s career.
Sky Vision is handling international distribution. The show will premiere on Sky Atlantic in early 2017. The new comedy shows how desperate one can become, when a lie spirals out of control. The Sick Note TV series is created and written by at Saunders and James Serafinowicz. Johnson recently starred in the Blood & Oil TV show which was cancelled by ABC after ten episodes, in 2015.
